Presenting… Sacred Sundays.
This is a morning version of our beloved Ecstatic Dance - now happening the second Sunday of every month. Starting your morning with intention, community, and movement allows you to bask in the afterglow all day.
Ecstatic dance often leads to a trance state or a feeling of ecstasy, by following a bell curve inspired by the 5 Rhythms of flow, staccato, chaos, lyrical and stillness.
Dance with us as songs from around the world are offered through tribal, whimsical, playful and ambient rhythms. Let the music be your guide in a supportive, judgment free, shoes free, phone free, alcohol free space.
For many of us, this dance journey is sacred, and a way to connect with something greater than our day to day lives.

We are holding a Community Potluck you are invited to after. We ask that you bring an offering for the community if feasible, and label any animal products or common allergens. But community is the main ingredient, so you are welcome no matter what.
