Bringing Nia to Roper Park as part of the Greenway Festival.
This free multi-day festival celebrates GNV’s downtown, historic neighborhoods, and community.
Nia is a joyful holistic workout, inspired by dance, martial arts, and mindfulness. Nia boosts fitness and overall wellness. Nia moves can be easily adapted to all levels of movement ability and experience.
Sarit Ben-David Sela is an experienced Black Belt Nia instructor, who’s been sharing her passion for Nia locally since 2011.
