Through discussion, journaling, simple mindful movement, and basic intuitive collage-making, we will explore the meaning of finding our own center, what it is, how it feels, and how to strengthen and maintain it.
No need for experience in either art or movement. Just a curious mind and an open heart. Everyone is welcome.
Sarit Ben-David Sela is an architect and urban thinker, a mixed media artist, and a Nia movement Black Belt instructor.
This 3-hour workshop will be offered two times, on Saturdays, 2 to 5 PM, on April 1 and April 29. Space is very limited.
