Join us for Belly Dance Kangoo Fitness which blends Kangoo Jumps with Middle Eastern Dance Movements. This class flows from a warmup and isolations that engage your core muscles, to dance combinations and a beautiful dance routine.
This class is suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced levels. Hip scarves are provided and Kangoo jumps rebound boots will be available for no extra charge.
All levels are welcome.
