Note: Single dances on weekends are $15 for adults, $30 for a weekend pass
Weekend dances are $7.50 for youth age 18-25, $15 for a weekend pass.
Children under 18 accompanied by adults are free.
This is a private residence so proof of vaccination is required for all in attendance, including children and spectators.
When booking:

Sat 10 Dec, 12-2 pm. Gumbo Limbo Cajun Band is finally getting out to play on the main sidewalk, from 12 noon to 2 pm in Micanopy, FL, for the annual Holiday Stroll. Hoping to see all of our Cajun and Zydeco dancers and fans. Laissez les bon temps rouler.

All day holiday gathering, shopping, cafes, live music, plant sale, plein air artists, museum tours, bake sale, holiday bazaar, and caricatures
Santa and Mrs. Santa 2 to 4 pm.
Community Tree Lighting Ceremony 5:30 pm.

Dancers ages 15 & under get in FREE when accompanied by an adult.
Celebrate the long-awaited return of the Gainesville Oldtime Dance Society with a mid-afternoon contra dance on New Year's Eve. Gainesville's own JoLaine will be calling contra dances to the live music of Kumquats at Large.
The Kumquats at Large are:
• Bill Dudley - guitar
• Rich Crew - fiddle, recorders
• Sarah Mitchell - penny whistle, flute, hammered dulcimer, percussion
Please bring your own non-alcoholic beverage.
This is a friendly welcoming recreational activity and all are welcome. No partner or experience is necessary. Contra dancing is fun and we will teach you how. No special dress is required. Wear comfortable, casual attire & soft-soled shoes. Smoking and/or alcoholic beverages are not allowed at our dances.
