Nia is a low-impact movement technique, inspired by dance, martial arts, and mindfulness practices. Nia is easily adaptable to all levels of fitness and experience. Nia creates a playful and powerful experience, boosting pleasure, strength, mobility, stability, and overall well-being. Small group classes are facilitated in a relaxed, welcoming, and non-judgmental atmosphere.

Ongoing Wednesdays, 5:30-7:30 pm. Feel like a new, fun and challenging hobby? Give Argentine Tango a try. Confirm dates as there is no dancing during breaks.
We will do individual exercises and partner activities to understand this improvisational dance! We will explore various concepts of connection (to oneself, to the music, to the dance partner, to the dance floor, to other social dancers).
Parking is available on campus after 5 pm.
What to wear? If you own a pair of salsa shoes, jazz/ballet flats, or Toms, those work great. If not, bring a thick pair of socks to dance in. Partner Dance? You are welcome to join with or without a partner. Those who come alone will be paired up.

Set to a soundscape of 8 songs we cover the landscape of emotion and explore what it is to be human through the dance.
Stepping in, dropping down, we move into the body, breath and sweat as a reset and resource. In times of great change we are asked for our dynamic embodiment. Ecstatic movement brings us home as our own leader and teacher. This is the dance makes waves as we turn turbulence to tranquility as a collective intention. This is our body prayer.
Thursday evening is a community collaborative bringing together guest facilitators and DJs sharing a blend of organic and electronic music to help us ground, express and explore.

All of the group classes require pre-registration online
Please bring your partner. There will be no partner-rotations during the class
Maximum capacity of 5 couples (10 people) per class
One level of class per hour
Salsa class on Tuesday and Bachata Class on Thursday
Your monthly membership is still temporarily frozen
Your packages (5 for 25, 10 classes, etc.) are activated
Wearing mask is required when you come into the studio
Hand sanitization is required before/during/after the class. Hand sanitizer is available in the studio

Fri 31 Jul 2020, 6-9 pm. This Friday evening at 6 pm we will have the Gator BTW patio open for social distancing and live music from the wonderful Elio Piedra!
We will be asking all guests to maintain 6-foot distances from other parties and all tables will be spaced according to state and local guidelines. We will continue to follow all CDC, State, and local health guidelines to provide a safe dining experience for all.
