I wanted to invite you to join me for free, community-based, Nia classes I am offering weekly to small groups outdoors.
Nia is an awesome fusion movement art I have been teaching for close to a decade. It draws from dance, martial arts and mindfulness, and creates a unique holistic wellness program. No previous experience or special talent needed - just some curiosity to try something new!
Nia is my hobby, not business, and I teach it as a way to build a healthy and happy community. Classes are free of charge; donations to our local food bank are encouraged as a way to pay it forward.
I teach on Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30 pm at Thomas Center Gardens, Sundays 10 am at a beautiful yard in SW GNV.
