It is that time of the year again! We want you to be a part of our Gator Salsa Club Extravaganza. Hundreds of people from all around the state of Florida and beyond come every semester to make this one of the largest and best student-run salsa events in Florida. The venue is amazing and classy, with very high ceilings, chandeliers, fantastic air conditioning and perfect floors.
Theme: Rio Carnaval
Gator Salsa Club (GSC) is a proud community at the University of Florida, teaching free dances classes every week. On Tuesdays and Thursdays we teach LA and Casino. We also teach bachata classes before our salsa socials.
Reminder: This event is free and open to the public.

Parking info: Since this is on campus, you can park in the Orange, Green and Any Decal lots. Do not park in Brown or Red decal lots. Options include the lots by the law school, Baby Gator and Frat Row.

Parking info: You can park in the Reitz Union garage free of cost on weekends. Additional parking is also available in the Orange lots across the Reitz Union on Museum Road.

Due to us being a student government-funded group, we cannot pay for or provide housing for those who decide to attend, teach, or perform at our extravaganza. But, our salsa community is open and welcoming, so we can help you guys find a place to stay. You can always crash at a friendly GSC salsero/salsera's place.

This year, we want you to be a part of our salsa experience!!! On Nov 21, 2015 we are having our huge salsa celebration! It's going to be big! The location for the pre-social and workshop are still TBA but we have confirmed the extravaganza location. So, if you and/or your organization are interested in teaching, performing, or just going to our event, PLEASE fill out this form.
Due to the fact that we are an HSA sub-organization and a SG funded group, we are not allowed nor do we have the means to pay or provide housing for those who decide to attend, teach, or perform our extravaganza. This is all volunteer based. However, this does not mean we cannot help you guys find a place to stay. You can always crash at a local's place who happens to be in GSC.
